What that all means…

  • We are fully trained in the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Raw Foods methods of placenta encapsulation. We understand the science behind placentophagy and the ways we can prepare the placenta for consumption.
  • We have a valid Washington State Food Worker Card from the Department of Health. We have been properly trained in food safety and contamination prevention.
  • We are certified in bloodborne pathogens and infection control. We have completed a training that adheres to OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.1030. We know how to properly disinfect our equipment and our workspace to prevent cross-contamination. We meet or exceed all standards.

Emily founded Puget Sound Placenta in 2010. With 57+ hours of training she captained the helm of PSP for 8 years. In 2018 she sold the company to Mariah Falin, a long time independent PSP contractor.
